Return Policy

HPS offers a 14-day return policy starting from the day the purchased item is delivered and received.

If you wish to return your purchased items, please request a return here.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges.

If you prefer to return your product instead, a 50 DKK fee will be charged to cover shipping costs.

 

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order, you agree that payment may be charged before delivery and that estimated delivery dates are subject to change.

Estimated delivery dates are visible on the product page and on the order confirmation. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the item, unless it is made to order or personalised.

If we cannot fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund. Prices include Danish VAT and follow Danish consumer law. Disputes are governed by Danish law and handled by Danish courts.

 

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received.

Items must not be used, and all original tags must be intact.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

HPS does not refund or exchange items that are not treated according to the care label.
