Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days in Denmark.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are shipped the same day.

 

Pre-Orders & Special Products

Please note that pre-orders or special products may have different shipping times.

Any specific shipping information for these items will be listed under the product details.

 

Shipping Methods

We use reliable carriers, GLS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Pre-Order 

By placing a pre-order, you agree that payment may be charged before delivery and that estimated delivery dates are subject to change.

Estimated delivery dates are visible on the product page and on the order confirmation. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the item, unless it is made to order or personalised.

If we cannot fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund. Prices include Danish VAT and follow Danish consumer law. Disputes are governed by Danish law and handled by Danish courts.
