Following Terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from www.housepaintingservice.net for worldwide delivery (Hereafter called “HPS”). The rights to cancel only applies to private customers who shop via HPS web shop.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
All prices are displayed in DKK and include Danish VAT.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payments are generally authorised at checkout and captured when your order is dispatched.
For products with extended processing times or upcoming shipping dates, the expected dispatch date will be stated on the product page before purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
HPS offers a 14 day return policy on the delivered item on the day on which the purchased item has been delivered and received. If you want to return your purchased items please use our RETURN FORM
Returned items must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it is received. In addition, the item must not be put in use and all original tags must be intact and in original packaging.
Take care of your HPS item, please follow the washing instructions. HPS don’t refund or exchange items that is not treated as described on the care label.
Pre-Order & UPCOMING RELEASES - Terms & Conditions
By placing a pre-order, you agree that payment may be charged before delivery and that estimated delivery dates are subject to change.
Estimated delivery dates are visible on the product page and on the order confirmation. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the item, unless it is made to order or personalised.
If we cannot fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund. Prices include Danish VAT and follow Danish consumer law. Disputes are governed by Danish law and handled by Danish courts.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important for HPS. Information about your name, address, phone number, etc. Is treated confidentially and used only when we operate your order.
Legal requirements say that we may store your personal information for up to five years.
DISCLAMERS
We make every effort to ensure that all product information, pricing, and availability on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, occasional errors or discrepancies may occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to clarify the situation and discuss the available options.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under Danish law.
